• Hargrave International Transport has bought two foam-insulated aluminium tipping trailers from Crane Fruehauf.
The tippers are fitted with continuous ribbing, herringbone baffles, three aluminium roof covers and a pressure gauge to calibrate the tipper's loads.
Hargrave specified the trailers for carrying ground and liquidised foodstuffs mixed with ice. An auger on the back of the tipper is used to force the load, which can range in consistency from very fluid to "a sort of porridge mixture", into a distribution pipe.
