Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

York Transportation Authority are too tall for the routes that they were to operate have been garbled, says a Leyland spokesman.

The spokesman told CM that the buses were bought even though the city knew that they were too tall for some power lines and telephone cables.

"When they were driven from the docks to the depot they had to take a circuitous route because the cables were too low and had to be raised. The city knew how high they were when they bought the buses," he said.

If any more double-deckers are bought by New York they will be the 13ft 6in high "low bridge" models and not the high ones which the present vehicles are at 14ft 5in, said Leyland.
