As an occasional user of truckstops, industry veteran Millard thinks most are pretty good "but we need a lot more".
"I can remember when Little Chef cafes started to spring up. In those days, there were nice little cafes with decent car parks," he says. "But now motorway services charge a fortune for parking at night, and you have to be careful where you park in terms of security."
