TORQUE LOGISTICS is now authorised to base seven vehicles and four trailers at the Anchor Works in Holme Lane, Bradford, subject to the following conditions: • there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles before 7am and after 9pm between Mondays and Fridays, and before 8am and after 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays; • there will be no more than six vehicle movements into/out of the site outside of the authorised operating hours in the course of a week.A log will be kept of all movements outside the authorised operating hours and made available to the traffic commissioner on request; • there shall be no maintenance of authorised vehicles at the site before 8am and after 5pm from Mondays to Fridays, and before 9am and after lpm on Saturdays and Sundays; • the engines of authorised and visiting vehicles shall not be left running for more than five minutes before leaving the operating centre; • the vehicles that will be departing the operating centre outside of the permitted times will be parked in such a way that when leaving the site the vehicle will only require the use of forward gears, therefore no reversing manoeuvres will be required;

• when in the vicinity of the operating centre, vehicles and trailers authorised under this licence will be parked within its confines and not on the public highway.
