Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• There's no question that the biggest changes are inside the Actros cab which has undergone a complete makeover—gaining a new curving dashboard and major upgrades to seating, storage and bunks More Importantly, judging from our experience with New Actros, the build quality is right back where it used to be. Think Mercedes car quality and comfort and you're talking Actros too.

The latest cockpit features a handbrake repositioned on the dash and multi-function steering wheel with buttons to scroll through the vehicle status functions shown on the central driver display panel and to activate the in-cab phone. The Telhgent gear shift lever is now also integrated into the driver seat.

Three basic cab configurations are on offer with options including a special extra-comfortable { nondriving) rest seat, atmospheric lighting and a slideout fridge.

Strangely the single-driver Solo Cab option won't be offered in AHD. Instead, ix hauliers can choose between a standard Long Distance high-roof sleeper, or flat floor MegaSpace, with the latter providing extra storage via more pull-out floor lockers and additional headlining space. The revised rear wall pressing gives more sleeping space; and the bottom bed has a sprung mattress while the top unit has a unique sprung slatted base too. The New Actros seats and beds have all been given special approval by the German AGI1 authority of orthopaedic specialists.

Another innovation is the move to an air-powered heating and ventilation system independent of the truck's cooling doilL
