Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MI Drivers facing prosecution over their in-cab TV sets should contact the Drivers Action Movement to help it win clarification over TV licensing laws.

DAM leader Jack Crossfield says more cases are needed to help DAM find out if drivers are supposed to carry their home TV licence with them when they drive and how the Government defines a "permanently sited" TV. The call follows a claim by Under Secretary of State for National Heritage Lord Inglewood that since 18 July drivers have not needed a TV licence unless their cab is permanently sited or they have a TV licence at home. Crossfield wants to use the cases to highlight the vagueness of current legislation.

DAM can be contacted at 32 Fold Avenue, Droylsden, Manchester M43 7DE.
