Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• European warehousing and distribution consortium Stockeurop Logistics International is trying to break its ties with its British shareholder Stockeurop Distribution GB, and replace it with another British operator.

The move follows dissatisfaction from some of the six members of Stockeurop Distribution GB, which claims the organisation does not provide them with any work. The six members are: Blueflite, Dublin; DMW Logistics, Nottingham; Byfords, Bury St Edmunds; Railstore, Gidea Park; P&G Fogerty, Bolton; and JDF Transport, Barnsley.

One member said: "We never get any enquiries which is very disappointing. The whole thing is a mess."

Stockeurop Distribution GB owns 20% of the shares of SLI.

It invested a total of £10,000 in SLI when it was set up in April 1990.
