Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Northern Counties plans to use a revamped version of its Countydec double-decker to enter the Hong Kong market.

It is re-styling the Countydec to bring it into line with its new all-aluminium single-deck Countybus. It plans to replace the double-decker's steel inter deck with aluminium and make the body more rounded and "aesthetically pleasing".

Once the Countydec has been re-styled it will be a strong contender for exports to Hong Kong, says NC managing director Neil Scales.

He expects the full range of County bodies to become available in kit form during 1992.

NC, which was taken over by an administrator six months ago, sold three single-deck Countybuses before its debut at the NEC this week.

GM Buses, Warrington Borough Transport and Tillingbourne Bus Group are taking one each (CM 11-17 April).
