• Work is to start on the construction of Blackwell Tunnel Northern Approach on Monday, November 3, and will last about 2+ years, the GLC announced last Friday.
In order to keep traffic delays to a minimum during the duration of the works, a number of permanent and temporary traffic arrangements will be introduced from time to time, including the closure of a number of roads.
