Peter Steadman, MCW's managing director, resigned a few weeks ago and this has just been followed by David Withers' resignation. He had been the company's financial director for around two years.
They have been replaced by new managing director Bryan Ronan, who is also managing director at MetroCammell, and Jean Payne as financial director who is also financial director of MetroCaramel.
Metro-Canunell Weyman says: "Obviously the company wants to review its activities when a new managing director takes over."
