Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON'S Lord Mayor's Show, to celebrate the start of Sir Alan Traill's year of office, included this float by Charterhouse, the Lord Mayor's old school, carried on a new MAN 16.70 chassis.

The Besco platform-bodied vehicle, in one of its first public "sightings" since its launch at last month's Birmingham Motor Show, was lent for the occasion by MAN-VW, of Swindon.

The colourful spectacle, with more than 70 specially built tableaux entered by city institutions, industry and commerce, for the first time included a Fowler steam traction engine drawing one of the floats. A Post Office contribution was based on a B-registered (!) articulated unit cabbadged as a "Chieftain".

One of the articulated Van Hod l Alligator Jumbulances, belonging to the Across Trust, and decked out in hundreds of balloons was another entrant to the procession under the "Living In Harmony" theme.
