Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON Regional Transport's bus operation, London Buses, is introducing an experimental bus service specifically designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

The service is to be similar to those operating in Doncaster and Leicester and involves the use of a Leyland National 2 single-decker fitted with a wheelchair lift in its centre exit door.

The bus will serve three routes in different areas of East London on different days each week, to provide a regular weekly journey opportunity for as many people as possible.

It will be crewed by a driver and an attendant and will offer a 30p flat fare. London Buses passes will be valid on the service. In addition to serving normal bus stops en route, the bus will stop on request at any safe point.

If the service is a success it may be developed to cover other areas.
