PROPOSED motorway tolls in Belgium are strongly opposed by the country's trade organisations as well as by Dutch hauliers.' groups whose vehicles have to cross Belgium in inter-' national traffic.
Belgian operators would be able to buy annual -seasons" for vehicles using motorways on a regular basis while ''one-trip" stickers would be sold to foreign users at certain access points.
Although unlikely to be implemented before the end of 1980 the proposals are part of budgetary Measures which also include higher Kiel taxes and a new surtax on excess profits.
