Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GREY-GREEN Coaches of London have experimentally fitted to one of its coaches an electronic tourist guide to tell passengers where they are and what the local points of interest are.

The device consists of a map plan mounted at the head of the coach. A series of lights follows the progress of coach along its programmed route. As the lights on the map light up, a eighttrack recorder is used to give a commentary. The prototype has been developed by a small British company, who at present have one coach-mounted machine and one car model in operation. The manufacturer says it will cost about E900.
