Alan Jobson, 42, has been appointed marketing manager of the Fire Fighting Division, Dennis Brothers Ltd. For the past year he has been brigade engineer to the London Fire Brigade and previously spent five years with Dennis Brothers, chiefly on the selling side.

Michael G. Waite, 37, has been appointed export sales manager of Strachan's (Coachbuilders) Ltd, one of the Giltspur group of companies — and will as a first step visit the Sudan, Egypt, Nigeria and Morocco. He joins Strachans from Kismet Ltd.
