Now that busmen are moving into the £2000 a year class they are becoming liable for tax on their free travel passes. Mr Larry Smith, TGWU transport group secretary, has requested Mr Neil Kinnock, MP, to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer to exempt busmen from such liability.
