Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A RANGE of cargo flats has been introduced by Rubery Owen and Co. Ltd., PO Box 10, Darlaston, Wednesbury, Staffs, conforming to ISO and British Standard specifications, which are available in lengths of 10ft, 20ft, 30ft and 40ft and have 4ft headand tail-boards.

The flats incorporate ISO corner castings, the base-frame has a fill-length recess to provide for handling with a Travelift or straddle carrier and there are channels for lifting by fork truck. Detachable sideboards are offered as an optional fitting for the enclosure of packaged unit loads.

Designed for multiple stacking, the flats can also be stacked with ISO containers. The base-frame and end-board frames are of all-welded steel construction, panelled in plywood. Lashing loops can be used for securing the load and protective cover.
