Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ONE OF THE country's best known privately owned motorway truckstops has had a500000 upgrade.

Tebay Services, just off the M6 north of Junction 38, has made its truck parking more secure and added a 'village shop' and pay point.

The truckstop is owned by Westmorland, the only small local company to have built and operated a motorway service area. It aims to cater for locals as well as truckers; the MSA also operates as a bus terminal for services from as far as Blackpool and even Newcastle.

A Westmorland spokeswoman says a major aim of the investment was to make truck parking safer with better fencing. CCTV and other security measures. The company hopes to win the national Park Mark Safer Parking award in the next few months.
