• Railfreight has transferred a new 12.43m refrigerated `Caisse Mobile' body built by Schmitz Cargobull from a Railfreight container train to a TIP skeletal road trailer.
The container is being demonstrated throughout the UK before a scheduled intermodel service is introduced by Railfreight between Harwich and Warrington.
Trailer rental specialist TIP has set up a new intermodal division to develop business in this area.
