Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Norba Waste Handling Services has supplied the first batch of its K70 crew-cab refuse collection vehicles to Birmingham City Council.

Of the eight supplied, four are fitted with Norba's L200 bin lifts. The K70, based on the Leyland Daf Roadrunner 10/13 crew-cab chassis, has a four-tonne carrying capacity and can accommodate a municipal crew of six.

Norba has produced about 50 day-cabbed K70s since the model's launch in 1985. Most are based on the Leyland Daf chassis, as it is supplied to municipal specifications including asymmetric rear springs and a PTO capability.
