• The new 5000 series roof racks from Desmo have been designed to fit a wide range of vans and minibuses.

The 5100 has rolled side members and 16mm crossbars. The basic 2m2 rack can be extended by 75cm lengths to provide extra carrying space. The rack fits gutter widths up to 1700nun and its legs give a clearance of up to 330m. Designed for minibuses, it also fits Bedford CF and Ford Transit vans.

The 5006 estate car rack is also gutter mounted by means of wheel type screw clamps. It is finished in black epoxy, and fits gutter widths up to 1300mm and lengths from 1670mm.

The 4000 series includes the 4321 heavy-duty commer cial rack. The 127cm long, 25mm square section support bars give the rack a carrying capacity in excess of 136kg. fits Mini, Marina, Maestro, Fiesta, Escort and Golf vans. The 4001 ladder rack is avail. able in two widths with a choice of either 127cm or 152cm support bars.

The Desmo 4323 is designed for bigger vans. Havin dual height fixing, it fits the majority of high and low-roofi vehicles with its 165cm long, 25mm square crossbars supported on black epoxy legs.
