Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• To provide an efficient airside passenger link between the new Terminal Four and central area terminals at Heathrow Airport, British Airways is now using a fleet of specially designed coaches, nine of them Scania K112s with Plaxton bodywork.

Doors are fitted on the near and offside and the vehicles have a selective left or right kneeling facility to reduce step height on either side.

Engines have been derated to 186kW (250hp) and drive through Scania four-speed automatic gearboxes.

On the landside of the airport, the fleet of Ralph's Airport Coaches, in British Airports Authority colours, has been further augmented to serve the new terminal and long-term car parks.

They are based on Volvo B9M chassis which are also used for several courtesy coaches run by the same operator on hotel contracts in the vicinity of Heathrow.
