Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The first fix 2 tandem steer Leyland Roadtrain 20.29, with LTA 10-290, 10litre Cummins engine and Low Datum C40 day cab has gone into service at Conoco's Aldermaston depot in Berkshire.
