Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE YORK Mark III Curtainsider launched in January this year is now available as a body which can be fitted to existing used trailers. At York's Northallerton plant, a special area is being allocated as a bodybuilding section to enable the Mark III Curtainsider to be fitted to used trailers. This is possible due to York's run-down of container manufacture. The conversion can be done on popular makes of platform trailers.

The package offered includes all necessary modifications to front and rear crossmembers, floor modification necessary to accommodate the single centre stanchion and where applicable. thereplacement of side raves to ensure correct tensioning and weatherproofing The York Mark III Curtainsider has several operator design features which include new nylon rollers in an extruded aluminium one-piece track. The track has weather sealing properties. It is set at an angle to ensure that the curtains are tensioned on to the weather seal to keep out dirt and water.

In addition, a full length rain water gutter directs water away from the curtain track and there is a tough PVC pelmet for further protection. The roof design allows a second track to be fitted for load restraint systems. York's Curtainsider has only one centre post and the front and rear bulkheads are braced to provide a framework faced on the inside with steel, plywood is optional, and on the outside with aluminium. Freightmaster style rear doors are an option.

The curtains are 800gsm 2 x 2 Panama weave PVC polyester with double thicknesses at top and bottom to prevent tearing at the most vulnerable areas. Full depth straps are bonded to the curtains for even greater strength and to allow the load to be spread over the curtains — reducing point loads on the roof.

With the curtains closed, the tensioning buckles could be locked for added security.

Tensioning poles are high tensile aluminium, light but strong and easily located. A simple ratchet with removable handle is fitted for tensioning the curtains to drum tightness. The body is fitted with York's one-piece aluminium prestressed roof panel over a steel framework for maximum strength with minimum weight.

As part of the package York, because it has its own trailer' rentals facilities, can arrange for rental vehicles to be made available during the two to three weeks while the operator's vehicle is at Northallerton being fitted with the body.
