WH BOWKER wants the go-ahead to change the authorisations at some of its depots. It is looking to remove its operating centre at the Walker Road Industrial Estate in Blackburn, Lancs, Freme Street Blackburn and the Waterside Industrial Park, Bolton, Greater Manchester from its licence. At the same time, it is asking to increase authorisation at its headquarters in Bamber Bridge, Lancs to 100 vehicles and 132 trailers.
