Perkins — powered Renault S46 50 Series, as I have recently ordered a similar van.
I found my current 50 Series vehicles (Perkins engines) to be real masters of their work and, having driven most of the other vehicles in the class, and find the Perkins-powered 50 series the tool for my type of work. I have obtained first class reliability, running costs and general ability throughout 250,000 miles (416,0001cm) of operation. They have encountered most types of road conditions, including many trips to Europe and its mountain ranges, and have never felt out of their depth.
