• London Regional Transport is keeping tight-lipped about the tender battle for one of London Buses' busiest routes.
London Buses is fighting to retain its 30-bus route 24 between Pimlico and Hampstead Heath against bids from a number of rivals, including Cityrama, Grey-Green and the Berks Bucks Bus Company. The winner will begin servicing the route in the summer.
