Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

John Bedford and Sons of Sheffield, the hand tool company, have added torque wrenchesto their range of spanners and sockets. These wrenches, the 893-1401 and 893-1402, have 48-teeth /point, 4in.sq, drive reversible, pushthrough ratchet heads. A third type, 893-1403, is available with non-reversible head and 18 teeth/points. Capacities are 893-1401, 6 to 40 lb ft: 893-1402, 20 to 110 lb ft; 893-1403,50 to 170 lb ft.

Wrench 893-1402 is supplied boxed and with a strong pvc wallet giving the operator a choice of packaging when the tool is not in use. All wrenches are supplied with a chart giving instructions on use and care and with tables listing torque loadings for cylinder heads, con-rods, main bearings, flywheels, etc, for most British commercial vehicles.
