Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A polypropylene snap-in cable clip initially designed for fastening electrical wiring in motor vehicles is available generally from the Fastex Division of ITW Ltd.

For use with pipes or cables up to 7mm outside diameter, the clips are fitted simply by inserting the hollow end stud into a 7.92mm (0.312in.) diameter punched hole, offering up the cable, bending the clip over and pushing home the locking stud.

The cable clip can be used with panel thickness of from 0,91mm {0.036in.) to 1.98mm (0.078in.).
