Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A rust converter chemical known as AFC 12 that can be brushed, sprayed or applied with a rag to a rusty surface has been developed by lndomec.

The chemical converts the rust to a phosphate which bonds to the metal and within 24 hours forms a grey primer in readiness for the application of any type of coating.

The treatment of rusting silencers and bodywork panels probably represents a typical application.

Approximately 750 sq ft can be treated with one gallon of the solution.

Made by: lndomec Ltd, 852 Brighton Road, Purley, Surrey.
