Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ticket Equipment of Cirencester has assumed the marketing responsibility for the Autofuel Fleetmeter previously marketed by Technology Developments Ltd of Frome.

The autofuel fleetmeter dispenses with the need for a pump attendant and ensures that every fuel issue is recorded against the correct vehicle: there is no chance of lost dockets or mistakes in meter readings. Each unit is capable of controlling up to five pumps, each of which is fitted with a standard pulser unit which accurately meters fuel in tenths of a gallon, or the price of fuel dispensed.

There are variations to the standard machine which are subject to discussions with Ticket Equipment, one of the most important being the facilities of metering the amount of fuel delivered by bulk transport, the amount being printed out on the captive tally roll.
