Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• In the heart of the Liverpool dock area, in Regent Road, opposite Alexandra Dock, Crane Fruehauf's latest link in a chain of service and spares centres throughout the UK was recently opened by the Mayor of Bootle, Aid G. Halliwell. It is the 11th centre to be opened in the UK by Crane Fruehauf which also operates mobile repair service units in six other areas.

The new centre is well situated for good road access from the main trunk roads to the Gladstone container terminal, the new Seaforth dock project and to the Mersey Tunnel for tanker operators from Ellesmere Port.

Facilities at the depot include a large parts store with off-the-shelf availability and the workshop is geared to handle major repairs for all types and makes of tractive units, trailers, semi-trailers, vans, tankers and containers.

The centre offers a round-the-clock service from Monday to Friday and is open from 8 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday. An emergency staff is on duty at weekends and national holidays.
