Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CPECIFICALLY designed for the road transport industry, a new compressor/ exhauster has been introduced by Drum Engineering Co. Ltd. with an output of 70 cu.ft./min. at 30 p.s.i. and claimed to cater for 85 per cent of road tanker requirements. It is mechanically interchangeable with the company's RCP12 unit and is known as the Drumbeat.

Having a double shaft extension, the Drumbeat can be repositioned to accommodate rotation in the opposite direction without dismantling by turning through 180°. Improved sealing and thermal efficiency have been achieved by employing eight blades in place of six. The base of the machine has an oil capacity of four pints; alternatively a separately mounted 1+ gal. auxiliary tank may be used. Fan-cooled units will be available from April.

Made by: The Drum Engineering Co. Ltd., Edward Street Works, Dudley Hill, Bradford 4.

Price: £90.
