Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JOHANNESBURG MUNICIPALITY has

ordered 12 VR LH double deck bus chassis from Bristol Commercial Vehicles Ltd. These. the first VRs to be ordered outside the THC group, are due for delivery in October and might well be the first production VRs to be built.

An important departure from the two prototypes shown at Earls Court last year is

the fitting of Leyland 0.680 engines in place of the standard Gardner 611LX.

The engines will be rated at 200 b.h.p. and will drive through Bristol/SCG RV.66 gearboxes. Other items will include fully automatic transmission and power-assisted steering. Bus Bodies (South Africa) Ltd. will build 100-passenger bodies with seats for 85 people and provision for one-man operation.
