AT the 28th ordinary general meeting of the Yorkshire (West Riding) Electric Tramways Co., Ltd., Sir George E. Leon, chairman, said that the directors had seriously considered winding tip the Automobile Co. and merging it with the former concern. Certain difficulties, however, prevent this action being taken at the moment.
Sir George also remarked that, in his opinion, there were still too many redundant services in Yorkshire.
