• Mr J. Else, chairman of the We: Midland Traffic Commissioners, granted a appeal by Mr W. Evans, a driver for PM'] against a decision to suspend his psv licenc for two months in Birmingham on Monday
Mr K. Coleclough, district organim representing Mr Evans, said that althoug Mr Evans had been convicted of drivin without due care and attention at Fento magistrates' court on February 14 th offence had taken place in unfavourabl conditions and was his first in a commerciE driving life of 41 years.
