4D. Members of the Road Haulage Association bulk liquids group are being asked to estimate the amount of fuel used annually for operating ancillary pumping equipment. It is proposed, if the results justify taking this course, to use the information as the basis for seeking from the Government departments concerned a tax rebate on the fuel.
The information is being collated by Mr P. G. D. Taylor, secretary of the group.
