Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Palletline is looking to fill five slots on its new apprenticeship scheme, which will initially focus on the operational side of the business.

The scheme will cover a mixture of careers including forklift truck operation, warehouse management, quality control, health and safety and site maintenance.

"So many people have untapped potential, they just need an opportunity to prove themselves," said Troy Bailey, the general manager of operations at Palletline. "At Palletline, we're in a great position to provide that chance and give something back to the local community in the process."

The scheme will consist of four days per week training onsite, overseen by JHP Training. In addition, apprentices will meet with an assessor once a week to study towards a qualification in their chosen area.

The first placements will be at Palletline's central hub, at Starley Way, Birmingham, and successful candidates are expected to be in place by early February.

Palletline will look to expand the scheme to include office-based responsibilities and customer facing roles.
