MPS UTILITIES can station four vehicles and one trailer at Construction House on the Gaerwen Industrial Estate in Gaerwen, subject to undertakings: • the director must attend an operator's awareness course by 1 May 2013; • the company will appoint a CPC qualified transport manager for a minimum of 15 hours per week by 1 April 2013. A copy of the contract of employment or contract of service must be sent to the office of the TC in Birmingham; • the operator will have an independent annual audit of maintenance systems and documentation. Copies of audits must be kept for at least two years, and be made available to Vosa or the office of the TC on request.
