North western and Welsh traffic areas Cardiff • A PI on 18 January will discuss disciplinary action against Pembroke-based Wayne Peter Thomas Whitbread.
• Disciplinary action against Vivian Shane Boswell, who is based in Haverfordwest, will be considered at a public inquiry on 18 January.
• A public inquiry on 30 January will look at a new application from Wales and West Utilities, which is based in Newport.
Warrington • The TO will look at disciplinary action against Manchester-based Barrie Whitehead, trading as B Whitehead Reclaimed Timber, as well as the transport manager's repute on 22 January.
• A public inquiry on 8 February will consider disciplinary action against BTS Haulage based in Manchester. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
Wrexham • NPC Commercials based in Wrexham will make an application at a PI on 22 January.
• On 22 January the TO will consider disciplinary action against Malcolm Lambert Landscape Gardens based in Connah's Quay.
