CAPITAL A UK has been given the go-ahead to base one vehicle and two trailers at a site in Jolly Tar Lane, Coppull, Chorley, subject to conditions: • no vehicle loading, unloading or maintenance shall take place on authorised vehicles at the operating centre; • the authorised vehicle shall enter and exit the operating centre via Bridge Farm. If permission to access the site via Bridge Farm is rescinded, then the operator must inform the traffic commissioner and the central licensing office in Leeds within 14 days; • the authorised vehicles will park in an area indicated on a map; • there shall be no more than four movements into or out of the site per day; • there shall be no operation or movement of the authorised vehicle or trailer before 5.30am or after 6.30pm Mondays to Saturdays, and there shall be no operation or movement of the authorised vehicle or trailer on Sundays.
