Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Eddie Stobart is to offer its 1,200 drivers free cholesterol tests and advice on how to eat healthily to reduce the risk of heart attacks.

The Carlisle-based haulier brought in nutritionist Jane Griffin after 47-year-old Stobart was shocked by the results of his own cholesterol test last year. Although the results showed he was not in danger, they spurred Britain's most famous haulier into action.

Griffin wants drivers to abandon a breakfast of fried bacon, eggs, black pudding, and sausage for cereal, fruit, and toast. "Truck drivers have a fairly inactive lifestyle and really can't go off and exercise," she says. "ft is important they cut fat and go for healthier options" She suggests drivers swap fried eggs for poached, and fried bacon for grilled, and eat baked beans instead of sausage and black pudding.

"It fthe test] made me realise that there are a lot of factors that contribute to high cholesterol, and food is one," says Stobart. "It is not easy to eat a healthy diet on the road but we aim to encourage our drivers to take some steps in the right direction.

'We've a few canteens at our 18 depots—I'm looking at ways to make them healthier, with more jacket potatoes and less fried food."
