In fact, John stoutly asserts this account "did CM less than justice, because CM 'discovered' Scania-Vabis long before he (Pat Kennett) suggests. I went to Sodertalje in October 1954 to test a six-tonner (CM 25 February 1955) and an eight-tonner (CM 11 November 1954).
"CM was the first nonSwedish transport journal to road-test a Scania."
