• International hi-lateral journey permits to Italy are impossible to get for many small, growing haulage companies and lucrative business contracts are forcing them to use the black market. Euro MP Bill Newton Dunn, Conservative Party spokesman on transport, wants to do something about the situation and Commercial Motor is calling for readers' letters on the subject.
