Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I/ York Truck Equipment of Corby has converted its first Leyland Roadrunner chassis for Leeds-based Airmaster Engineering.

The 3.25m-wheelbase 10.12 model has been built to meet Department of Transport approval and conforms with the latest EEC requirements. Brakes and electrics were modified to suit artic operations, and York supplied and fitted a Big D fifth wheel complete with guide ramps and mudwings.

A matching step-frame semi-trailer, has also been supplied which is interchangeable with an existing Dodge 50 Series S75 combination built for AEV last year.

With an unladen weight of 2.83 and 1.80 tonnes for the unit and semi-trailer respectively, the new outfit offers a payload well above that necessary to transport pre-fabricated dust extraction units, while providing the extra power necessary for quick journey times.

York has also built an extending "trombone" platform combination based on a 3.66m wheelbase Renault Dodge S75 downrated to 7.5 tonnes GCW allowing it to be operated by non-HGV drivers.
