• Interim results for 1986 from the Tiphook Group (which includes Central Trailer Rental), show an impressive 56% jump in the company's turnover and a 47% rise in pre-tax profits.
According to the results, which are for the half year up to October last year, CTR generated a utilisation rate on its vehicles in excess of 80%.
