THE BATTLE for control Giltspur has finally been won t Unigate, following acceptance I its offer from 89.5 per cent shareholders.
The deal, which follow Giltspur's rejection of a bid k the Transport Developmer Group, has the blessing of if Office of Fair Trading which sa)1 it will not be referred to the Mt nopolies Commission.
