DESPITE English China Clays' declining sales, Heavy Transport (ECC) Ltd, is not being greatly affected and is only de-licensing vehicles when necessary.
A spokesman told CM that vehicles are simply being taken off the road when they are not needed but drivers are still working full-time, and there are no plans to introduce any redundancies or short-time working.
