NORTHAMPTON BASED' United Counties are seeking approval from the Traffic Commissioners for a 30 per cent increase in fares.
Wages and employment costs have risen by 32 per cent since September last year, and despite two fares increases last year and grant aid given by local authorities, United Counties incurred a loss of about £885,000.
