I MULLEY, Minister -ansport, this week sympathetic hear, a joint approach to y representatives of sides of the transindustry. Officials the Road Haulage ciation, Freight port Association Transport and General Workers Union told him that they felt that the introduction of tachographs on January 1, 1976 was impractical. Mr Mulley recognized the serious difficulties the scheme would bring and undertook to raise the issue with his colleagues.
